SAGINAW COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) - The St. Charles man who is accused of driving the vehicle used in last weekend's fatal crash in Saginaw County has been arraigned.
Court records show 31-year-old Grady Suggs is charged with operating with high BAC causing death with a prior conviction, and failure to stop at a personal injury accident resulting in death.
Police say Suggs was driving a truck that struck a tree early Sunday morning on Ring Road in St. Charles Township. When first responders arrived, they found 32-year-old Amanda Rogers dead.
Police say Suggs fled the scene but then returned.
Suggs was taken to the hospital, where investigators say he left the hospital before being discharged
Suggs is being held on a $100,000 cash surety bond.
